mentoring services

Mentors in the program provide services to the group of mentees in the form of: instilling a value system in the lives of the mentees, assisting with the success rates of graduates, helping to build qualifications to gain scholarships, and aligning mentees with community service opportunities to build character through volunteerism. The expectation is that all mentees will become mentors after college or vocational school graduation and "pay it forward" to future mentees.
